If you receive an item that does not fit we are more than happy to
swap this item. Please contact Alopé within 5 days of receipt of item
to arrange swap.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability at time of order. Alope has the
right to refuse any order without reason.
COLOURS
We show colours to be as true as possible to the items for sale but
due to different monitor colours we can not guarantee the colour will
be exactly as you see it on your computer screen.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
The customer must thoroughly check the goods upon arrival and
contact must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods if goods are
found faulty. The item must be returned in its original state including
all tags attached. Alope has the right to refuse refund if the product
is not in its original state. Where the product is inappropriate size
for the customer and the customer wishes to exchange the item, the
customer must make contact with Alope within 5 days of receipt of
item and the customer must incur the postage costs.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are an estimate only. Alope takes no responsibility for
delays while in transit. Alope schedules 3 weekly post outs.
PRIVACY
Alope respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us
remain private and will not be shared, sold or leased with any third
party.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
International customers are responsible for any international fees or
taxes charged and Alope take no responsibility for these charges.
