RETURNS POLICY

At Alopé, we want all of our Sirens to love their swimwear! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Here's how to return or exchange your item:

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return through your alopé account or emailing us at hello@alope.com.au

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Swing tags and hygiene stickers must still be attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Simply login to your account via the middle icon on the top right of our website and follow the prompts to start your return or exchange and you will be provided with all the return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
